WHAT SHOULD I DO TO PREPARE FOR MY DISCOVERY CALL?
As part of your discovery call, you'll need to complete a few documents that I send you. The most important one is the initial intake form where you will share you past medical history and current health and medical issues.
DO YOU PROVIDE MEAL PLANS?
Everyone has individual needs so one meal plan or diet that works for you may work for someone else. This is known as bio-individuality.
Because losing weight, burning fat and building strength is not a one size fits all approach, my philosophy is to focus on the 12 areas that make up what is known as "Primary Food" (creativity, spirituality, home environment, career, etc) so that when it comes to "Secondary Food", the food we consume, we make better choices and in turn, finally have the body we've been working towards.
Although I will not hand over a specific meal plan created just for you, I will provide you with a list of foods and food combinations that my clients have found to be quite helpful.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
I offer both 3 and 6 month health coaching programs, which range from $1200 to $2100. Regardless of which program you choose, you will receive 24/7 text support from me, will have weekly email check-ins and will have an in-person or video teleconference meeting with me every two weeks.
HOW CAN I START WORKING WITH YOU?
If you believe you're ready to make life long changes and stop riding the dieting roller coaster, let's set up a time to chat so we can discuss your goals, your habits and your lifestyle. Once we hold our discovery call, you'll be provided with two coaching options, the 3 month or 6 months program. The 6 month is the most popular but regardless, both programs will provide you with one-on-one coaching every 2 weeks where we will discuss your past history with food, your current habits and any goals you have for yourself. Over the course of the program, we'll help you create an action plan that will help you reach your goals.
